So far I have only talked with two of the companies, but they both have a hard time believing what I have will total as much as what the other company quoted. They have both quoted me, based on the weight survey done by the first company, at 6k as a high estimate. They both believe it will be less than 4k. So I'm going with one of them. To use a company that isn't recommended by the relocaters I have to pay for it myself and then get reimbursed. So it still means I have to come up with around 6k initially, but I can pay that back within a month. I submitted for quotes from that site. Something always goes wrong with everything I do. The moving company seems to believe it is going to cost 11k to move my stuff across the country. I really don't think I have that much.
